Second Grade Piano Recital Jordan started taking piano lessons from his grandmother Carol when he was in first grade. This recital probably happened in June 1997. This was the end of second grade. He has been taking lessons for two years. Jordan liked playing the piano. Star Wars was his favorite movie back then. He didn't like practicing. But most of all, he loved his grandparents and the time he spent at their house on piano lesson days were very special to him. I enjoyed hearing him play when he came home from college. He usually didn't play for long but I liked it a lot. You know, I don't think I ever told him that.
